Are you an agent or homeowner looking to make the most of what you have prior to listing your property? The Ready-To-Sell Consult is a 60 minute walk-through that brings a pro-eye to occupied properties. This can be a preliminary walk through to create a punch-list list of projects or a final edit of each room a day or two before photography. We work with what is there, and in many cases, remove visual clutter and style each room to appeal to future buyers.
