Ready-to-Sell Consultation
A walk-through edit that focuses on what needs to get done before listing. We'll leave our sellers with a list by room. And we'll talk repairs, small projects, paint and floor covering changes. What should stay and what should go, and even furniture layout for the photo shoot. Agents welcome!

Micro-Staging
Bring us in before the photo shoot for that expert eye. We'll work with what's there and add a few small items to make the home shine.

Micro-Staging Plus
All hand on deck! We gather the details and shop for small items needed to complete the look- artwork, accessories, plants, hand towels... Items can be purchased if desired.
